Game won't run when I try to open it; I don't even get an error message or anything, it just refuses to open. Anything I can do to fix this?
which version did you downloaded?
I tried re-download both version and both works fine for me (pixeldrain if you need the specific websites)
maybe try running it with Locale Emulator?
or try redownload it to prevent file corruptions
the MTL ver still the better version tho imo since it loads slightly quicker

If you are vice commander, you will have a room.
Click on 1 NPC and select change cell and you should see your room as an option?
Have you speak to the commander and bribe him for 30,000g to let you keep prisoner in your room yet?
He should have some errands for you to complete.
I see you have only 15 room, the new errands will expand the prison.

Huh interesting, is there any other rpg maker games that had the same mechanic like this, by i means, raising through ranks type of stuff, I think this is the first and only RPG maker game that I found that had this sort of mechanic, and I fw this
The Imperial Gatekeeper is very similar.
Get the procrastinatus modded version available here in the forum - it is far superior.

When you become the vice Captain do you gain access to all the h scene or do you still have to do stuff to unlock some of them
Wrong game. Many games from this dev have zombie girls but not this one.
Maybe you are thinking of "The Dead End" or "Zombie Island"
