Sorry, but there are many bugs on the Gog Version.
To begin with, when we travel in the land beyond the mirror. It is bugges as hell, we only have access to a fraction a the demo that was posted on this site. You cannot parley with the Ape King. You do not have all side quest in the jungle. The little girl you saved is not ncountered in that version until she popped from nowhere in your suit like if you already know her....
There are many path that end in crash. I hope the Gog version will be updated when Steam version will come.

As the for the apeking stuff, that was among the things that had to be remove thanks to Paypro censorship, the "unofficial" extra content patch re-adds it - I'd suggest complaining to Visa/Mastercard for blackmailing gamestores by abusing their effective duopoly position on behalf of a couple puritan far-right trash organisations (Collective Shout, NCOSE and Exodus Cry). And well, installing the extra content patch

where's this "extra" content patch ? if you mean the 2 files on the dev's discord, i already have them, and one file "uncensored.rpa'" is the same file that gog has under unrated DLC file (same size);
the only other file is "patch.rpa" which is probably just a patch of the game, but i already have the latest 2 patches from gog (1.28 and 1.29) and they never produced that "patch.rpa" file in the game folder.
LE: actually if you try to use the "patch.rpa" file from the extra content patch from discord ALONGSIDE the uncensored gog version you can no longer start the game, you will get renpy infinite errors (about some ape king shit chinese translation shiet).
SO these 2 are not compatible.
LE2: Fixed it by redownloading the new patched files from their discord (so if you have the old "patch.rpa" file it will not work with the latest 1.29 gog version.

.Can someone explain what I am supposed to do in the jungle after refusing the ape king to bang your group? No matter which path I try in the trial theres just dead ends. Two of the paths have a magical stone that I can click on but not do anything with. The left path just had two dead ends with the eye saying theres some shining stones or similar but nothing to click on??

I grabbed this on Steam and holy cow is it a broken mess. Got a handful of game-breaking bugs that required me to go back to previous saves. The save system itself bloats insanely as the game progresses, to the point where it would eventually hang for 15-20 seconds whenever I clicked anything in the menu. And that's before getting into the gameplay. Everything that isn't all out visual novel is somewhere between half baked and completely horrible. The exploration, combat, gearing, character progression. The whole thing feels like a 10 minute proof of concept demo that they decided to expand to a full game without actually finishing any of the core systems.
And it's not like it was cheap either.

Yep, it has memory leak or smth, the game runs fine but after like 10-20 times opening the map, fighting some mobs your game gets so laggy you have to quit.
