I don't think you can marry an orc. You can have sex with one in the forest though.
In the scenes that feature the Wilderness Town's mayor, you do end up marrying an orc. You just have to proceed through the prostitution events until you are told that the mayor wants to see you. He is in the coliseum upstairs floor. Speak to him and you will get the scenes, which also lead to an ending of the game. Later, in the cave that you can enter into the back of Wilderness Town, you can meet the Orc Alicia marries.
dont suppose you have a save b4 that ending? the version of it in the gallery dosnt have any of the orc

You don't require a key. Instead, in the capital on the lower section, top right. (So the most bottom screen of the capital before you exit to the world map) there are three men around a table. Talk to one of the men who will offer to teach you a lock pick skill. However, if I remember correctly you need that outfit you get from doing prostitution at the wilderness town.
