Raise the level of your relationship with her through gifts, try again the next day.

I have a real problem with this game. i don't know why but it won't open for me in any way when i launch the game,

If this is somehow related to timing, then only one thing comes to mind: your antivirus has updated and considered this program malicious.
You can, of course, try to reinstall the game and run it with old saves.
If you have asked all the questions and there is nothing more to ask, you will have to try again the next day.

Try resetting Nvidia settings(or any driver that is responsible for graphics on your system).
Most likely the driver is not handling Renpy Launcher correctly.
