General advice for anyone who has no progress in a particular action, clear folder RenPy on the system disk.

What could have slowed down the game? When knocking..when taking a shower..when watching a clock...one or two mouse clicks... and it just loads slowly.
2Gb vga..16 Gb ram.
So far there have been no problems.
And no viruses either..

Update your video driver. The game save folder is very large. And of course, don't forget to clean the folder on your system drive. Enjoy the game .
