I'm not the one you asked, but there does seem to be something in game that's tracking it. I got Rika somehow, though I never saw a prompt, just happened to check the computer status.
She's only at 10 for coming inside, yet I have Yui at 50 and Misa at 20 yet neither of them are.
I think it's related to giving a creampie once, then waiting a day; After noticing Rika was impregnated at 12 for me, I got Misa up to 77, the picture for the egg showed it being swarmed (not penetrated), but when the day turned over, it showed the normal picture with no sperm
So, I think the game may do a check on the first creampie of the given day, and any others throughout the day don't count, but you won't know if it worked or not until the day rolls over... At least, that's my only working theory
the confession booth glory hole thing. do you get like an extra scene when it reaches a specific number or does it just go on forever?
Get her corruption to lvl 5, buy the items from the shop, each one can only be accessed at a specific time of day: afternoon in the trash room, evening by the security room, night knocking on her door.
Extract the Records folder into the same folder as TheCensorer.exe
If you're unsure, start the game, save once and it should create a Records folder for you. Then you can replace the contents with the one in mine.

Got it for Yui too after that comment and corrupting her. So I guess it's an after update thing
Uhhh, the tutorial screen seems pretty clear, right or left click when the circles touch the yellow line. What are you having trouble with?

I'm stuck with the nun, I don't know what I have to do, she asks me to collect the 7 images but first I have to enter the anime convention, I show her the images but the progress doesn't upload, ¿someone tells me what the hell I have to do ?

It's the "end condition". If you get all three pregnant you get the "win" screen (basically just says you've seen all the content for the girls and go have fun with the rest of the world, i.e. chaos events). Then once you've seen all the chaos events you get another win screen and congrats you've seen all the current content.
I have Misa at 11, Yui at 35, ad Rika at 10 and all corrupted and pregnant. I think they get automatically impregnated after corruption.
You get tickets to comic con after a certain amount of days I think. It's either that or you have to corrupt Misa past a certain amount or completely. Or have to complete all the side missions at home?
