I still have not figured out what the purpose of the Chaos World is for. Does not seem to do anything no matter what I do I just see numbers from 30-65. So what the hell is the Chaos World for?

go to Computer go to the work app, click Job tab (there are two tabs, first is where you do jobs, second is the current job info), click it, add 100 and you get the current cap?
for example, max is 20, add 100 to it

you get the number of chaos needed for the character's corruption. When the requirements is met, some of the characters' aspects will be changed. New scenes (the couple as night, the seller, people as churnch,...) or just costumes change (characters inside comiket). when you interact with the characters in chaos world, you can see when and where you can see the corrupted scenes for that character
You can raise chaos by confessing or simply allowing porn at work

go to confession and chose the option that increase chaos

I got the sex at home, sex in trash room, sex at security room, and sex outside of room. Is this all of her scenes as there seems to be no other poses and only one has facial option.
tried version 3.1.3 and 3.1.4 both give me the same black screen after unity logo. Already tried to change the path to simple one but still dont work (D:Censor or C: Censor)
It's from their dlsite page video. I saw this scene in the video, and I just can't find it in game.

These aren't scenes, they are images that come up on the title screen based on your progress.
My guess is what you see in their promo video is from an early build/demo of the game, before they got access to Mango Party's assets, as the pictures seen on the mc's wall are different as well as the images for the 3 main women that are shown for blackmail.
