Those scenes are just locked for that location/time. When you visit the correct location/time, they'll unlock; meaning you won't see all of them unlocked together.

THe choir minigame is biggest bullshit ever made. I can't get over 30 points no matter what i do so i guess i am done playing.

It's better to focus on the shorter notes and hit them correctly (when hit correctly the cursor will light up in yellow rather than red). Collecting the short notes without making any mistakes makes it easier to aim for a high score, and the note appearance patterns are fixed so it's just remembering the pattern.

A good option is saving before attempting the choir mini-game.

Once Yui is fully corrupted, interact with the magazine shop owner and there'd be an option to lend Yui to bang him. This will let you fully corrupt the apartment complex.

Great game, my only complain is the lack of content in the gallery and that you can't replay those "handjob minigames" after you completed them.
