game demo kicks you out after day 10, unless it's a bug.
If you didnt find enough misa pics, welp you gotta start over.
Also this game crashed my PC twice. I do like the game, but the demo sucks if it has these problems.

mostly annoyed putting time in, when you can't experience most of the content in the demo due to the time restraint.

That's a bug. There's no time limit that I'm aware of, if there is I didn't run into it but I stopped at day 28

game won't let me exit the apartment, woman next door says to talk to her husband I walk over and exit the door, black screen forever while the apartment music plays.

I was up to day 35 with no major issues, so maybe try a fresh install? (also be careful of cheating)
Chaos has a huge impact on what you can and can't do so maybe there is a bug that locks you if you are outside the optimal band (most sex content needs high chaos), but some quests need to be low in order to start them. I softlocked myself on a couple by cheating exp faster so I could get very high Chaos, I eventually fixed it by dropping from 80 down to 10 (which allowed characters to spawn in the correct places).

Does anyone have a list of the scenes that are possible?
I think I'm missing a third scene with the Building Manager (pretty sure I bought 3 outfits but only used 2) and maybe one with the Femboy or Grocery Girl (I got a complete on their quest but no scene)

Around like 80-90+ Chaos, you get the black guy scene with the pink haired girl.
At like 40+ or so, you get the old man with the pink haired girl.
At like 20+? I think? You get the couple doing it normally.

it's the other way around, the Old Man gets her to have sex with him because he caught her having sex with the Black Guy (thats what the Dialogue says anyway iirc), and I'm fairly sure it's more like 25, that's what seemed to be the break point anyway when I started playing with different values. The Quest start becomes unavailable around 15-20 I think... same for the FemBoy
