Japanese porn is censored by law. It's an old, stupid law but no politician wants to be seen as the one to free the pussy so it never changes.
I know, but it's silly there's no uncensor patch for people outside that literally single country with those laws. Other games manage to release uncensored versions of games originally released in japan. I don't see why games have to be made shitty to appease one country on the international market.

It depends on where they sell the game. DLSite is the biggest h-game site in Japan. If you want to sell there you cannot make your game have uncensored assets or even moddable to be uncensored. I could be wrong about the moddable part. So it sucks but if you want the biggest Japanese audience you have to make your game unenabled to be uncensored. That is why the Steam version is not released at the same time since it is a different version of the game.
Nice H animation and cameos to other H-games, but the actual gameplay loop is boring as hell + hotkeys are janky and annoying. Peeping Dorm Manager was miles better than this.
