Not sure what the 4.013 DLC is but this version has all the DLCs expect for the News Station DLC which has not been released yet.

Yes, sorry, I meant the DLC with the girl from the news, you can buy it on dlsite a couple of weeks ago. Now it has disappeared, I thought that it was already included in this version 4.0.13.

For anyone else getting a black screen immediately after the Unity logo, try this: rename the folder to not include any spaces, e.g. "The Censor" -> "TheCensor". And make sure the parent folder names don't include any spaces.

just found something maybe interesting, you can use cheat mod in page 1 to have all the pictures which are used to blackmail the girls, it's inclued the photos of new girl in the DLC , acording to the game her name is Anchor . I've noticed this image in the PDF Artbook located in the game folder.
In the image Rika is wearing a ballgag, while in the game I can't seem to find the place where this happens. I have completed the whole game already. Both the normal and the corrupted version of this sex scene in the church and also while dog walking has no ballgag. Am I missing something?

I only finished Misa's part in the Steam version, and she still has the ballgag on.
So I guess that's not the main reason. Also, some of the PDF artbook is concept art, and Yui's unused parts are the most.

It sounds like you're stuck on Rika's corruption progression at 3/4, despite completing the confession scene, dog scene, and night sex scene. Based on your Chaos Level (116), you should be able to unlock all content. Here’s what you might be missing:

Checklist to Fully Corrupt Rika (4/4 Progression)

1. Morning Confession Scene (Done)
2. Afternoon Singing Scene (5 Times) → Unlocks Corruption Path (Completed?)
3. First Sex Scene (Inside Room)
4. Second Sex Scene (Inside the Church) this second scene will also available at Afternoon so once you done it at night also do it in the Afternoon (Go to Rika during the Singing you will have another option for the scene)
5. Third Sex Scene (Outside Church – Dog Walk Mini-Game)
6. Final Scene: “Cum Dumpster” Confession Booth Scene
   
   Let me know if it still won’t trigger, and I’ll help troubleshoot further!
