I get stuck after I search the broken room in the dorm, it says I should go rest but I can't trigger it. Is this a bug or am I ding something wrong?

Cant help but feel like there's some tags missing from this. Havent played it but the girl in the main image looks like shes dead

Having to do every scene to progress with each girl is kinda annoying and turns me off but whatever the rest of the game is good
