But the thing is, I also uploaded the first part here and the Itch version was not playable for others, for some security or copy protection reasons. I don't know, because it works for me. And as for the Steam version, you can read here in the thread that people also have big problems getting it to run.

They have a license key check, so I think that's why others can't play.

I'll upload the Steam version when it's released (and he's sent out the keys). The Itch version of 1 was impossible for others to play. I don't think it will be any different now....

I followed Lancelot 1, and I remember they mentioned that one of the main reasons for the heavy lag was the minimap.
According to their dev log, they removed it and optimized the game, but I'm not sure how it performs on other computers.

I'm not entirely sure what the issue is, but my guess is that it might be related to your PC's configuration not being fully compatible with the game.
but I think knowing your PC specs would help, so the others members can take a look at it.

I think your processor is fine, but it might be a bit lacking in RAM.
I’d recommend 16GB for better performance.
Aside from that, the important part is the graphics card — you haven’t mentioned any details about it yet.

Try updating your graphics card driver to the latest version.
If you can launch the game, lower the graphic settings and resolution to see if that helps.


Also, make sure you have enough free disk space as recommended, and try running the game on its own—without any other apps in the background.

Were you not able to enter the game at all, or is it just certain scenes that freeze or cause errors?
I think your system should be able to handle the game, even the high-spec version—if you can enter the game, you might just need to lower some settings once you're in the game.

Yes, I also committed these actions in the beginning. It throws you out of the game on the initial map, but everything works fine in the forest. And the processor makes a lot of noise.

I don't know. I can't even open it normally and see what's there or not. Where can I see this mini-map?
