and if is worth it to playing for that genre?

There are at least 3 characters that can (thanks to MC) go through ntr: your mom, sis and assistant.
Mom: unavoidable, if you use mind-control-serum too much 2 routs to choose, tread carefully.
Sis: avoidable, 2 routs to choose
Assistant: avoidable (it's almost non-existent if you don't like it)

Or did you ask about starting/saving/loading new game from this 4.0 version??

Backer build was released yesterday. So either somebody will upload it here, or you'll need to wait for public version with some bug fixes a week or two.

I had the same problem but seem to have it fixed.
Open the .html file and search for the following line:

if (save.version >= 3.996) {

Replace the number with 4.01

Westane is already aware of the issue:

Open the HTML file, go to line 2801:

if (save.version >= 3.996) {
        // Invalidates saves outside of legal scope
       throw new Error("The save you're attempting to load is no longer compatible with the current game. Please download the latest version of The Company, or start a new game.");

Since the game is at 4.0, this will always resolve to true.
Simply change save.version >= 3.996 to save.version <= 3.996
