Backer build was released yesterday. So either somebody will upload it here, or you'll need to wait for public version with some bug fixes a week or two.
I think the NTR is MC, between Tasha & John which married in campany, or Julia's Family. Not much NTR, I think.
Is there anywhere with all of the updated dakota path? The wiki says it's unupdated, and it looks like it is.

Westane has the 4.0 Release Notes on his website. Appears that Dakota's route was updated at least slightly... Quite a few other things are listed.

Do you know which first decision leads to whatever ending isn't the bestiality/porn star stuff? I played this a while ago and those were the only ending options. Id rather have a devoted person than a porn-star/dog lover. I see the mom has a more lovey dovey pathline, does dakota have one?

Right now Dakota's route is no longer complete, you cannot get to the dog/porn star endings for her right now (MC-X). She has the Dom/Lovey routes now.
Check the Release Notes for v3.3.3 on the OP for more information... (rather then me pasting a bunch here)

There are at least 3 characters that can (thanks to MC) go through ntr: your mom, sis and assistant.
Mom:
Sis: avoidable, 2 routs to choose
Assistant: avoidable (it's almost non-existent if you don't like it)

Does anyone have a problem loading files I updated to 4.0.0 but when I try to load saves of new games I have made it says that it's not a compatible version
