your looking for the "dom john" serum path. the wiki lays it out for you and as of version 3.3.3 theres plenty of humiliation content for the work place. there's also orgy storylines for the mother character in the corrupted mother serum path.
I don't know how much NTR you're looking for but from what I've seen in the game it's primarily humiliation and sissy NTR. If your not a fan of stuff like pegging id say its not really for you but it just depends how into NTR you are. Also keep in mind that this game is a HTML and not an RPG/Visual novel or anything like that. So that may make a difference for whatever you're looking for.
I don't like pegging, sissification, futa or gay and fem domination to be to extreme stuff but if this genres is optional it will be wonderful, I aware about html type games and I don't make any high hopes...
You’re probably best off looking elsewhere. The Dom John route has a few nice scenes for NTR fans, but it’s not super cohesive since it doesn’t make a difference whether your character was involved with, or even explicitly interested in, any of the women John “steals”; and it makes no reference to whether you were or not. The route ends with unavoidable bimbofication for the protagonist (and gender bender for a male protagonist), and there’s unavoidable transdom, pegging, and maledom (of the protagonist) on that route, as well.
Most of that can be avoided and it doesn't seem to interfere with the direction of the game. Although MTF is part of the story you can change back. Choose the dom choices and wear men's clothes. To avoid futa don't interact with Tasha.

Right now Dakota's route is no longer complete, you cannot get to the dog/porn star endings for her right now (MC-X). She has the Dom/Lovey routes now.
