Pretty much what xana94 said! It is your choices that determine what Penny does: make her the Company play-toy and she will gladly go for it. Otherwise keep her to yourself. Same kinda goes with Dakota... she has a few scenes where she is with a male friend and another with a female friend... and I am not sure you can avoid those entirely. But just about everything in this game is choice - make the choices that suit your play style and enjoy!! :>)

If you mean the Escorting, she stops once you dose her. She becomes exclusively yours so long as you Dose her to be your girlfriend. If she's fucking around, it's because you made her that way

That's part of the introduction to Escorting and doesn't come up again. In Story Mode, it should pop before before you dose her. If it appeared later, that's the Events shooting off in random order. The main canon is she stops after you dose her

It's never referenced again and the way the wording of the Dosage goes, her entire life basically revolves around you now

Are you using cheats/debugs? Because I think originally it was impossible for her to be romantic towards you before the escort event pops off (one dose saturday/sunday plus cooldown, plus random weekday event means max two doses a week).

Mostly tangential to the conversation, but I’ve always thought Dakota’s introduction to the prostitution system was the most ass-backwards way to do it. It could have been something the player had to find himself by going to the store, or just had another pseudo-fourth wall breaking introduction from Saya or a mysterious phone call like so many other mechanics, but nope. Little sister just busts in on you to casually reveal she’s a whore and she thinks you should be one too, and it never gets brought up again.
Does the Dakota escorting thing still exists? Last time I played was around version 4 and that was very confusing.

Yes, there is an ongoing project to replace all the images with hand drawn artwork. But iirc from the discord, it's going to take a looong time to replace everything, like over a year.
