Emh, that cheat only unlocks all the outfits. But you can change them in game, according to your liking. Also if you don't mind the grinding you can unlock them all through game, but it's lenghty.

Mother can become futanari with magical strapon, and that's it.
Transformations of MC are in accordance with behaviour, chosen gender, dress etc... And you can lock gender.
