I do not believe so - no. Always seemed about the same for me.

If you're planning on a dominant playthrough, it is a bit easier to maintain dominance if the MC has a dick (whether cis male or trans), as the game generally consideres penetration and a big dick dominant traits. But it is certainly possible to play dominant without a dick if you prefer, and other than that the game is fairly gender-agnostic.

How up to date is the wiki? I wanted to know if the dom path by John just includes Penny and Tasha. Does he dom any other women? Does this route have a lot of content after Tasha (and not the escort stuff or transformation, content like Penny/Tasha)? It would be nice if the dev could expand and slow down the corruption of Penny and Tasha (and others) on this route. Great game regardless!

Never played the Dom John path, but as far as I know it's limited to the workplace for now: Penny, Tasha, maybe a scene with Diana? An expansion to involve the MC's home life (Ava and Dakota) is slated for a future update, I believe.

5.0 is the next update and with it the addition of Serum Endings. Ava's Dom Endings will get updated in April while her Lovers stuff gets updated in June.

Seems Like getting routes likes Ava's Bride, Maniacal Matriarch and Mommy Bride Will finally be in the game in April? looking forward to these so here's hoping that it'll be early April. Also will ava be able to have the strange strapon in routes like maniacal matriarch?

For right now, no. Westane has put the Strapon for that particular route and nothing else is planned.
