I think the new serum route for Penny is bugged. After the first dose of mcs-1, I jump dirrectly to "Prepare material" without having the choice to enforce obedience/sexyness. Then still with mcs-1 I can tell her to start testing serum on herself which should be mcs-2 and with no choices once again.
Apologies if this has been asked, but with the pregnancy, does it go all the way through to birth?
And if I make dear sister a bitch, and she get pregnant as a bitch, can I expect puppies?

dev had said awhile ago that MAYBE after the game is completed they will go back and finish pregnancy endings

Close. Westane is adding Pregnancy INTO the endings. So if you got Ava pregnant and say made her your wife, you will get that ending and the follow up is her Pregnancy ending.
Hi, i dont know if anyone had asked this before. But is there a list for all possible perk your slave can get at the Slave Pit Facility? Also like what perk combinations yield you more money etc

I really wish there was a way to avoid Tasha asking you out - maybe something like giving her both MCS-1 doses locks the scene out or something. I feel like such a colossal asshole turning her down whenever I want to do one of her serum routes 
Which of the gender, and domb/sub routes have the most content currently? Or is it similar at this point?
About the same I'd say.
Gender plays very little into the amount of content. It's basically all related to the MC's Dom/Sub stat, and even then it's pretty much an even split.
But you don't feel like an asshole for drugging her?

There aren't many real porn games that have a female protagonist with men mainly. But maybe Whore of Babylon could be an option? I think it has a bit more of female MC with men options than this game (though still a lot of woman on woman content)

It's just a status and will only show up in endings which are coming next year.
There won't ever be a baby bump, delivery, etc. And there never will be.
