So I am trying to figure out what the changes are since I last played this. Can you do gay stuff with the asshole officemate without either of you getting transformed into a woman? Does pregnancy have any effect aside from a status message in that person's profile?

The last few updates have focused on the arsehole colleague's dom path; further paths are scheduled for the coming updates. The pregnancy content has not been expanded (nor is it likely to anytime soon).

That should be in the next update or 2.
It has an effect of locking the MCs gender to female if they get pregnant. Otherwise no, and according to the Dev it never will. The timeline for the game's story is way too short for a pregnancy to come to term, and the Dev isn't interested in using magic scifi chemicals to accelerate it.

How fleshed out is pregnancy, is there a way to remove the status? My character turned into a woman and got pregnant, now I cant change to trans or male until the pregnancy is over and that's kinda ruining my "make everyone pregnant that I can" run...
Anyone that gets impregnated, MC included, will be pregnant until the game's end...
I haven't beaten the game yet but does that mean this game has a "new game +" or do I just have to start over?
The game's still a work in progress, and there's no New Game+ for it.
Everything, from start to finish, will take place over a relatively short period of time. Several weeks/a few months. As a result, pregnancy and child birth is going to be an epilogue kind of thing.
If you don't have a save from before you got your MC knocked up, yes.
Pregnancy disables transformations that would remove working ovaries, so either don't go female or get the injections from Julia.
Dang, I rotated out all my saves by that point not realizing it'd block me. Thank you for helping me understand the importance of safe sex.
Really wish I could use some of those rare items on the MC now.
You might be able to try to roll it back in the console, depending on how Westane implemented it. If there aren't really separate checks, it's probably doable, and given that the pregnancy system hasn't been fleshed out, that's pretty likely.
You ~can~ use one of the rare items on the player character- not sure about the others, but I know you can get the player to put on the cat collar if you try to give it to your mom and your really submissive (and a girl- might work for guys or sissies or whatever, dunno, I don't play sub guys, I play dom guys and sub chicks) Not sure if it's possible to do something like that with other items.

These are the same game cheats that the developer shared. I simply grouped some cheats together for copying and pasting into the form at the beginning of each new start. You can add and label your own groupings for Sissy start or Bimbo start if you want to. My four are Pregnancy starting with John, Pregnancy starting with Chanel, No Pregnancy starting with John, and No Pregnancy starting with Chanel. I'm curious to see how the developer handles the pregnant women as the game moves forward.

For now, yes. There is going to be an update sometime in the future that will let you keep her to yourself.

You do not have to rape Ava to get laid if you have enough patience. It takes a lot longer, but it can be done. Same with Dakota.
