I'm not sure if "upset" is the right word. What started this line of discussion was some guy wanting a "romantic" playthrough and finding it hard to get into given one of the story events in the game. When it was pointed out that the whole story revolves around the MC participating in morally reprehensible behavior, one doofus managed to temporarily become the center of discussion by missing the point entirely.
Slight issue with what you've said in regards to what was said in the "amazing" post... Nothing to do with what was written. Kind of like the "amazing" post in that regard.

Pretty sure it only lengthens pre-existing hair. You'd need to use TFM-1 to cure male pattern baldness, but that has its own... Side effects. Otherwise, I guess you could get your hair long enough to make the world's thickest combover?

I think for Penny you just need to get invited back to her apartment. To do that you need to take her out during the weekend at least twice and then wait for her to stop you before leaving work in the Evening.
For Diana... I honoestly can't remember if you CAN get her pregnant. If you can't even from fucking her in the office, you can't at all.
