Sophie has content that goes all the way up until December. Story mode will have more scenes but Free Mode still has pkenty of options as well.

Update came out yesterday (Public which fixed bugs and corrected missing scenes for Ava)

Next update will drop at the end of August

I think it determines how many actions you can use in the old interactive sex scenes - Penny and maybe some of the escort clients? If it does anything these days I haven't noticed.
