You talking about Dom John?
Before you ever dose him, be submissive and suck his dick in the bathroom. Dosing him after should trigger it. You know you got it when you receive the "Johnny Be Bad" achievement.
It's recommended you don't dose Penny either as that can prevent Dom John progress as well.

Any other John related content is just a "normal" serum path.

I put out the fix in the discord. There is save bloat because every time an event happens, it is being pushed into the list of unlocked events, regardless of whether they are already in the list or not. Its a simple fix of a few lines, just replacing push with pushUnique.

You can apply it to your own. Fixing the save is more involved so I recommend starting a new game if you apply my fix.

Someone mentioned a variant of Dom John if you dosed Penny to be dominant first. When I tried it, Penny would make a passing reference to John's behavior but there was no progression.
Is there currently a way to progress that I'm not aware of?
If not, is it planned?

If you Dosed Penny to follow your instructions above all or made her into a Dom, Dom John will NEVER start. That's what the passing mention is for but otherwise it won't ever proceed

That still hasn't changed. You still have your Dom Mom and Sub Mom stuff and it spreads out the same way. You'll find more freedom with Ava and Dakota especially because with Dakota you can restart her Dosing if on Love Route and with Ava, you have more endings to work towards in regards to MCSX.
