This modified file fixes the missing profile pics in the characters dialog. It also fixes the missing images when doing escort work. I haven't looked into the code for missing images inside the various plot events.
It fixes the code trying to send you to a non-existent Mens-Store-Talk-5 passage.
As for the error with the $PitDailySlaveName variable, I have not experienced it myself though I have experienced a related bug. From looking at the code, it is due to running out of names. That's been fixed as well.
The possible bug with Julia's birth control for males is not a bug. There is an in-game explanation that it works for males as well if you had talked to Julia about it before you turned her into a bimbo.
I fixed the bug with Penny's serum diaries.
EDIT: Left out part of the fixes... I have my own modified file that I play so I had forgotten exactly which changes were relevant to the issues above.

Patreon cracked down. Incest is now under a cheat code, oedipus maximum. Start a new game and select you've played the game before. Cheat is the last one

Is there anything happened after impregnation? Does it affected anything? Or you just impregnate someone and that's it.

If your MC is a woman and gets pregnant, it'll disable any future transformations and lock them into being a woman.
Does anyone know where to collect the different coins that Saya requests? I'm on the peckish lonely part now.

Why do you think?
Starts with "P", ends in "n" and has "atreo" in the middle.
It's still in there though. In the cheat menu.

Can a change money after progressing a bit further to the game? I selected the motherlode cheat but it's not enough. Do I have to restart?
If you selected the PC cheat (MC's computer in their bedroom) then you've got more cheats available that way, including setting money to $999,999,999.

Depending on how far in you are, it'd be wiser to restart.
You won't be losing much of a time investment if you're not past Chapter 2, especially with cheats and sensible time management. Make sure to select the one for shorter cooldowns for serum use (doesn't affect Kagney) as it'll reduce the cooldown back to the old 1 day cooldown.

I'm at the point where the bitch ms. dee giving me a company tour and introducing me to my other colleagues. I think I will restart. You're right. I messed around the console a bit but I can't find the cheat value. There is only one value named "Money," but it's just changing a fake value. When I spend the money, it reverts back to the old one.
