Well if you want to be so technical about it then you can't call it NTR since the MC's love interest isn't the mother by the way. They are not in a relationship. They are literally mother and son.

But this is a game and NTR/cuckoldry go hand in hand in 90% of content and in this game there is a lot of content not being explored for this genre, it is weak. I mean the MC is literally made to be a loser that gets beaten up daily and still the mom bangs the bully despite knowing so I don't think a bully...fucking the mom in front of the MC is a big stretch, technicalities don't apply here.
