65) Tell her to sleep it off: (Note if you aren't on the GG/MC path and didn't choose to confess your sins this will be your only choice) Choose this if you don't want to get balls deep into your mother.

Can someone help me to find why? Is it because I already have a lot of saves with other options?

Works normal for me. Choose every MC/GG options, be aggressive, all cuck options, have GG in love Jamal. That's about it.

Is there diferences between the version for Mac and the version for PC? I have a Mac but i've installed the PC version and played using a virtual machine. Could this be the problem?

Does the Mac version has all the same contents, cause if so, I'll install and play this one to see what happens?

When u confessed your sins to GG and get the cuck GG solo masturbation scene then the confessedmasturbation value u see in the photo is set to True if not then it set to False. You need that value to trigger the second option. The best way to check is to play the game with URM, which u can find on this site.

I have a Mac and I use a virtual machine to play the WIN version. This poses a problem with the keyboard shortcuts, I don't have the the same to enable all the options you show from the URM.

The absolute most you have alive at the most recent update is is GG, Astrid and Maggie with Savannah captured by the killer I believe. You can save Khalida and Erin but they lead to early/different endings.
