Seeing as so many people have been asking for one here is a walkthrough on how to make it safely through the game through start to finish. It will also include the way on how to get all the bad endings, as well as how to prevent yourself from getting bad endings. If I don't highlight a specific choice that means it doesn't hold any critical meaning outside of changing specific dialogue. I will also explain certain variables within the game seeing as they are critical for getting certain endings as well as unlocking/locking specific choices within the game.
1) Reject her: Choose this if you want to continue on with the game
Let her seduce you: Choosing this will give you a sex scene with Khalifa's mother, but at the same time you will get the Bad ending (Put a Needle in it)
2) Nobody: Choose this if you want to leave all your options open
Savannah: Choosing this will lock you out of the MC/Gretchen path
Astrid: Choosing her will lock you out of the MC/Gretchen path
You, Mom: Choosing this will give you a point for the MC/Gretchen path but at the same time won't lock you out of the other paths.

Just try to get you help: Choose this if you want to get off the MC/Astrid path if you are on it, while effectively leaving open the other paths if you are on them.
(Note the next set of choices if will determine if you are locked out of certain path/endings
26) Khalida: If you choose this option you will effectively lock yourself out of the MC/Savannah path. If you don't choose this and you are trying to unlock the MC/Khalida ending you effectively lock yourself out of it. Lastly If you are choose this and you choose did enough of the steps to unlock the first sex scene with Khalida you will effectively lock yourself out of the MC/Gretchen route.
