I watched it after several updates... I didn't finish playing it. I realized that Ryuu hasn't been told yet what sex is and what it looks like? Or does he already know something about it?
I think he does know something about it, in the gloryhole event update you can see that he has basic knowledge about it, and also if I remember correctly during Enlai and Marin's titjob scene, he worries about the sounds, so I guess he more or less has his knowledge.
Ryu's details is that he's very innocent and kind of slow and dense to figure things out, which is funny because he himself worries about leaving girls alone with Enlai or Dukall because he knows they're perverts who can sexually harass them, but then when they're literally doing things in front of him he doesn't notice haha.

This Thursday, which means that the update's gonna leak a week after that when the $5 tier gets it's hand on the update.
Although it is inevitable that the new update will leak (especially since it's Violet's sex scenes) I sincerely hope they at least give him the 10-15 day period after the update release to leak it.

You're right about that hahaha, but it's fair to say that Ryu isn't that innocent either since when he saw Yui naked he fantasized about her.
Ryu has a bit of perversion, but compared to the rest of the town (minus Mike) he's not that perverted, the same goes for penis size, Ryu doesn't have a small penis, just his size is very small compared to the rest hahaha, plus from what Akane said in the gloryhole event he's also precocious, but maybe that was because he was so drunk and emocated that he couldn't help it.
But it's still funny how Marin treats Ryu like he's the most innocent and dirty being in the whole world.

I'd say the biggest flaw with Ryuu is that he's extremely inconsistently portrayed. In the last update alone he yoyos between being extremely perceptive and completely oblivious. He'll go from noticing that people are behaving strangely in his peripherary and react accordingly and then someone can be getting their dick sucked right next to him and his only response is "What's that weird sound?" Kinda makes me wonder if whatever that thing that shows up when he's close to figuring things out is actively influencing his perception of reality.

We've had no updates since we were told it would be releasing on the 10th, which itself was a delay from its original expected release on the 8th. Inatari typically does their progress updates on the the 10s, so if there's going to be a delay we're unlikely to learn about it until tomorrow as that would make it a progress update instead of a release. I expect the first wave of patreon supporters should get the update tomorrow, followed immediately by people here calling out for a hero at the end of a wank, and then a week or so later when the update goes to the second tier it will release here.
I think Ryu is very innocent, trusting and good people, he literally just needs to be given an excuse and he stays calm. Enlai almost told him to his face that he fucks his sister, and Marin calmed Ryu down like nothing happened.
But at the same time I think Ryu is an interesting MC, he sins of the things I mentioned before, but at the same time you can see that they don't trust Enlai and Dukall much, possibly with his grandfather he thinks nothing bad should happen because they are family.
I think ryu is one of the better ntr mc's honestly for what its worth he is pretty aware of strange things going on and also he knows that marin and yui seem to be occasionally spending to much time with there antagonist but like zik said he's trusting and kinda one of the only guys with good intentions in the story, so he never wants to assume the worst. Only way he ever finds out is if it gets thrown in his face.(which will probably happen since he is the one that is narrating the story and when he is narrating he talks about it in past tense like he's already discovered the truth) but that probably wont happen until the end of the game or very close to it.
