The update sets things up for Violet to get stuffed in an update coming in two weeks now for patreon supporters, probably three weeks for a general public leak. And then Yui hopefully gets fucked in the next update, which should be where the actual NTR begins considering based on the events of this update the sex should come shortly before or shortly after Yui and Ryuu's first date.

Corruption of the Village is at least partially inspired by NTRRPG and Henteria Chronicles 1&2. Three games that heavily rely on extremely stupid main characters and it is heavily limited by that format. The only way a game like CotV works is if the main character is an idiot and the women never stop and think.

Haha I'm well aware, haven't personally tried Henteria Chronicles still but i've stuck around CoTV since the time most interactions were around the church or the lake lol.
It's not really relevant, was more of a body count but I don't think its implimented still/the stat track isn't accurate or is just forgotten.

If you are referring to the current update (0.5.2), there is no way to enter the gallery as the update takes place outside the main map, although I agree that Inatari was able to add a way to enter the gallery, I guess he didn't see it necessary as the second part of the update will arrive in a couple of weeks and there you go back to the main map

ehhh I'd argue that your typical high school, overly edgy teenager protagonist, with plot armour and an active "pussy magnet" power is way worse. An actual self insert loser with no qualitys of a good partner or even a good person, get's all the pussys wet for some reason. of course he also has the weakest power of them all, that is secretly incredibly overpowered. of course literally nobody but him, can think of the very clever solution to any given problem.
