Yeah, the face looks kind of weird, personally it reminded me a bit of the character portraits in PS1 games haha, is a WIP so I guess for the final version Yui's face will be improved
There is still no exact release date, but it will probably be by the end of this month or early next month, it also depends on how fast Inatari works as for now the new update could have up to 8 scenes.

Well, Enlai is the most popular antagonist, so it's no surprise that people want Yui to have scenes with him. Also, at the beginning of the game, Yui and Marin agree to clean Enlai's cabin together, but Yui decides not to because she doesn't want to be around a pervert like Enlai.
I'm sure it will happen sooner or later, as will Marin and Dukall, but maybe that's still a while away. Yui is only having sex for the first time in this new update, and Marin is still in the process of accepting that she enjoys having sex with Enlai, so it would be weird if Yui suddenly hooked up with Enlai and Marin with Dukall.
But maybe, if we're lucky, as a Christmas present, Inatari will give us a scene of Marin and Yui together, either with Enlai or Dukall.
