Could someone tell me, without spoilers, why this game doesn't have the "kinetic novel" tag? My friend says it's kinetic, but I don't see this tag.
Can the MC influence the relationships and story?

Yes, it's kinetic. There story is pretty much set in stone and there's no meaningful choices I would remember.

There are no endings yet. And the most likely reasons why it doesn't have the kinetic novel tag is they either forgot to add it or the developer has plans that make it not kinetic in the future. I wouldn't put too much thought on it, many games on here don't have exhaustive tag lists.
