Is 5.0 the story continuation of 0.4.8 vr? Or their is more content in between?

Without having played it, I noticed Yui(the main girl) don't have much scenes in this update, so is it perhaps not just expectations vs what was delivered compared to who you prefer ? Since I noticed both Marin and Violet have a fair amount of content
No. It was already leaked and if you missed it then too bad for you. I don't leak the updates I pay for because I want to see the games continue.
We knew going in that this was a Marin update, but Yui and Violet do have scenes with Violet getting a bit more of a focus because it looks like she's the next to get fucked. I just wish the set up for Marin had been better. Her first sex scene amounts to spreading her legs because Enlai annoyed her into it and it feels kinda anticlimactic as a result. - Would have loved more Yui stuff obviously, but she felt completely missing in this update for whatever reason.
If my memory serves me this chapter is the domino of the women getting banged. So, we get Marin here and set up for Violet, then in the next update Violet gets fucked, Yui fulfill the role Violet did in this update where she has more of a presence and it primes her to get fucked, and in the update after that Yui takes it and all three women are having sex.
And yeah, I really do agree that Marin fell too fast. She already seems like she's close to the point where she'd consider letting the men of the village run a train on her.

While I agree in a vacuum Marin fell too fast for how the story has built up..
There's definitely some magic shenanigans happening that could maybe handwave the plot and explain why she went from 0 to 100.
My opinion is, yes she "fell too fast" FROM THE PLAYERS PERSPECTIVE.
But that's because the world perspective wasn't expressed well enough.

So that's the issue, imo.
It makes sense in the game setting. But that wasn't shown very effectively.
There's not much to tell. She frigged herself while watching the whore who works at the bar and the owner have sex. it was a thoroughly underwhelming scene that felt like a waste of time to me.
