Where do I find the last core ? I'm done with all the missions, the abyss and the arena, and I'm pretty sure I got all the monster core, since I ran each map at least 3 times ...

That... depends. Without anything more to go off, hard to tell which one you might be missing. If you've finished the arena and the abyss then you should only be missing monster cores. These are all the cores available. Only one offscreen is the Abyss Core which you get at the end of the Labyrinth anyway. Check it out and see which one you're missing.
