You clearly didn't. There's one specific golden part in the first posting. Find it, do, what it says and you're good to go.
What you're talking about is no bug, it's intended and caused due to a missing piece, which is included in the game files.......

Think the gallery should be all unlocked, but storywise it needs completing past the goblin camp I believe. Want to note I didn't bother playing through the storyline before the artificial intelligence updated game, I don't really do AI so i just unlock galleries and don't bother wasting time with gameplay anymore.
