From what I've seen on his Discord RanneRo has a ton of new content in it, but will not release his work until he's damn satisfied with it. From what he's said, it's almost the end of the game.

i really love the story and artwork of his game but really wonder why it takes him so long to complete? Like, 0.8 to 0.9 took 3 years? Well hopefully 1.0 will be in this year

I think I'm tired of waiting for this game, there are many games more and Rannero should understand that when he releases the game it most likely won't attract much attention because it takes so long, people forget about the game or don't want to play it again and then have to wait 1 or 2 more years for an update.

Fuckton of procrastination would be my guess. There are devs on this site that bust their asses off and release monthly updates. How anyone can forgive this guy is beyond me. And the fact that he has people still giving him money on Patreon is a absolute dumbfounding revelation.

There is no more Patreon. He's on Subscribestar.
The people who give him money have nothing to do with the game being developed, it's always stipulated that on whatever service he'd been on. Pretty much everyone donating to him are the people on his discord that enjoy talking to the guy and enjoy being part of the weird community they've made over there.

His crowd funded money is really no different than all those people paying for Netflix when they only watch TV a couple hours a day or those people that don't complain when Doordash gives them a $5 refund on a $7 sandwich the restaurant forgets to put in their bag.

In addition, many advocate for the release of a completed version, rather than fragments, so intermediate versions are not released, but a full completion and subsequent release are expected. Only the developer himself knows when this will happen.

He included a gamesave with the last version release that started you with all past events completed. He may do that again, but the older gamesaves did work.

Thx, but I actually meant that if he changed the plot and characters of past events, I’ll miss all of that if I just play the new content.

He hasn't mentioned changing anything from the previous content. The only time he did that was ver .05 or whatever, the one where the bandit leader screws her in front of Theff. From that point on he only stuck a text roadblock that had characters telling you there's no more content in that version or something of that nature.

Go to the RPG Maker webiste, on the download section:

You must be registered to see the links

Then select Runtime Packages then scroll down a bit and select RPG Maker XP then click download runtime package.
You will get an installer file that should handle what you need.
Also don't forget to install the fonts located in the Wherever_your_game_is_installed\Fonts directory by double clicking on them.

That's just marked by F95 cuz no update for a while. But the Dev is still actively releasing progress updates on discord.

September 22, 2025 Progress Update I'm working on the last few scenes of the game, probably will finish it at the end of this month And then I will playtest the whole content of this update in next month for 1-2 weeks before officially releasing it

I'm guessing the next update should be late this month or early next month. Finger's crossed.

Having followed the game since like 2016 or 2017, ending the game this way is very premature. We ain't explore nothing! Got the same type of quests and missions over and over again. If you'd actually, take out the curse, nothing changes.

you havent played the last update so how could you possibly know if its premature or not?
