Well I fixed the rc room myself. Devs left some of the events on autorun lol
Replace map131 with the attached file and have fun in the RC room

I'm get stuck at shop event third customer come and i can't do anything.

I had that too and it's caused by using the skip button. There's no other solution than replaying the event and not using the skip button when the characters are walking around.
