I'm currently working on a bigger update for the game. Take a look at what's already in:

I think I’ll need about a week to wrap these up and prepare to expand on the main quest.

Now that we have a lose condition I'd be great to have a win condition as well. The initial plan was to introduce a slow magical disease to the player which imposes a soft time limit (3 years or so) curable only by the court alchemist. To get there you'd need to earn enough fame for your inn which will be available through a noble request system.
How's it going to work? For example the nobles will request a girl with certain parameters (cooking 50, dancing 70, refinement 30). You have a week to fulfill this demand and if you do you get some custom event scenes and an increase in fame.
I have not yet decided if girl fame should be a parameter too (maybe used for perks instead of xp?) but we're definitely going for inn fame as a win condition and a progression mechanic for quests.
I've been also thinking about the second work minigame but I think it's too early to introduce anything combat based (i'd like to finish the abovementioned mechanics first) - so my idea would be a mining based minigame. I'm thinking sokoban with a limited amount of moves based on player stats/stamina.
