AstRider typically virus checker - Download is complete and is being probed by your AV software.
There are also other stuff besides AV (like a few extensions) which may temporarily prevent your download from finishing.
Specially if your license has expired.

Using safe mode is an option if it is a plugin, but if it is the AV, then it is lot trickier. (In my opinion, Mcaffe Web Advisor is among the worst in the regard of failing downloads - Gives headaches even after uninstalling it).

Worst case, it may have missed the server saying "Download is complete" and is waiting that. Try checking Downloads folder for a file with ".crdownload" extension (I assume you're using Chrome), make a backup, rename the copy extension to ".rar" and try extracting it. Every once in a while (but not always) that actually works.

It's all 3. In language select, far right option in Japanese. Far left in Chinese.

It's not a matter of translated languages, it's a matter of quality. There's no point in even looking at a Chinese made game unless you're incredibly desperate, so having it tagged as 'japanese [made] game' means a colossal waste of time and bandwidth. Though those screenshots should do a pretty good job of scaring people off anyhow.

They didn't even draw it in the first place, that art is definitely taken from elsewhere seeing as it's Kashima from Kantai Collection. The first screenshot has Shiina Yuika from Nijisanji, and the picture of the blonde in the background for the first few screenshots is probably actually ripped from a serialized work.
