I think that's the point. It creates contrast and subverts expectations. There's quite few games (not only in porn genre) like this or even much worse - pastel, soft, candy-like graphics and absolutely messed up content.

Latest kagura games relases are rather poor quality like this one.Only Sol rui after was great, incoming title worth waiting its Witch of eclipse from OneOne and remake Yoru ga Kuru by alicesoft.
