Ok, in the base game, there is no harem route. just individual routes for each of the main girls.

In the fan disk, acting as a sequel, has a harem route BUT it is locked until you play through the sequel stories of each girl's route.

Just run through the other routes first. If you really don't care for them, just turn on skip unread and hold down the skip button.

Without fandisc is the original game ( single route for each girl)... Fandisc is like a "sequel" with the continuation of the routes and the adding of the harem route
