I'm waiting on my 5090 setup to build locally instead of cloud. I'll have more freedom to merge models and workflows for near reality.
I'm testing the market to see what's worth putting time and money in to.

In a year from now we are gonna be overflowed (worse than now) by AI trash generic games abandoned at early versions because "Devs" (Funny, isn't it?) are too lazy to tell the AI how to make images.

Indeed prompting and trial and error is part of the process, but even more is having a good workflow and good models trained on actual content. For example, I do not have good oral sex models, which make all videos weird for that. It will get better in a few weeks as some near real ones were released very recently

Current version is just a proto/test.
Was built in around 6 hours.
We have about 50% of a chapter written down with about 40 animations and more than 60 CGs for the characters showcased.
I have to check the tags we have but Cheating is planned, bestiality likely.
The idea of the trial was to get feedback and decide how to proceed.
Image quality, video quality, etc...

I'm more worried about what people will do with "perfect" generative AI.

The base dataset is direct porn (and fairly AA/AAA studio produced porn at that), which can be seen easily in some scenes. e.g. the barmaid blowjob, you can see where the beard is removed in the first ten frames.

Also, you have an issue:

There's currently a huge thing with people making (fake, obviously) porn supposedly from people with Down's Syndrome. Biiiiiiig scandals incoming. Your dataset has picked it up from somewhere, meaning... when you go to make dwarves or halflings, you're gonna start genning full on handicapped porn.
