Thanks. I already asked when the Steam version is released if it'll be uncensored, but the response was crickets.
Hopefully by the time rolls around there will be mods to improve the game.

Yeah, problem with Kagura is we don't really know their timeline, so I guess no one can tell you when it's coming. They tend to order project pretty weirdly, and not only for quality's sake. I.e. Winter Memories probably took longer than it should have and still had a ton of issues, considering how they said Summer memories was one of their best selling games if not the best, though I think that might still be the classics like Melty and Karryn.

I'm not sure how far along the game has come since this post. But I can confirm that you get out of nowhere notifications that Liz is pregnant. Then even after it says last day before delivery, you still have to go to the doctor.
The doctor is to the left of the guild hall. You don't know he's a doctor because he has a heart symbol above his head like most H scene opportunities. His default scene is a H examination. It's surprisingly tame making the doctor character benign compared to most NPCs inviting Liz or forcing themselves. I could be wrong but it still counts in H records.
