To get the translation to work you either need to set up Sugoi Offline Translator or go to [game directory]\BepInEx\config and edit AutoTranslatorConfig.ini file. Mainly change the [Service] section to something like:

Endpoint=DeepLTranslate
FallbackEndpoint=GoogleTranslateV2
As for the quest in... question, you need to bring the correct items.
Each level in the dungeon got 3 or 4 chests that are mutually exclusive (MC drops the item and replaces it with the one you pick up). Once you collect the correct stone/ore from each level you return to the alchemist.

Alright, then I might try the other ones too. Aside from not liking rape, I don't like how here and in many other games, the good bits tend to be divorced from gameplay or story event, where I would be better off to grab a full gallery and move on.

I'm honestly thinking it might not be postponed for once. It seems Kagura is actually making all the Q4 game releases they've promised on their steam page come out on time, which is like what in the actual fuck for them because they almost never get any of them to come out on time. So I think it'll probably come out soon too to be honest because the next release which is tomorrow is Kozue's strange journey 2 and then the only remaining Q4 release they have listed left is Eclipse Witch.

If I recall, Kagura and ONEONE1 nearly had a fallout behind the scenes over Samurai Vandalism and how long it took to release it on Steam, and as a result, Kagura had to change their release strategy, instead of announcing games as soon as they acquired the rights to translate and publish them, they would instead wait until said game was close to being finalized before announcing it

I think that's what happened with Witch, and hopefully you're right on your prediction that Kagura will be releasing it soon

So the game will be directly translated into English or will we still have their wonderful translator giving us nightmares?
