Maid of Orocella quest is buggy as hell. Can't figure out how to progress after it froze on each step. Now I'm trying to meet him in his room but nothing triggers to start it.
Somehow, I managed to give birth to a Lizardfolk at the Tower of Aphrodite near the start of the game... and somehow cloned my character such that I still had complete and total control over them, up to and including jumping while my cutscene character was going through contractions, and being able to fight the blue slime in the first area.
That was added in a post-release update and I'm pretty sure that the version here is the original.

You can just run past them until you find a weapon
To unlock outfits and hair you have to complete quests

Quick and dirty cheat mod for v1.0. Multiplies all EXP gain by 20 and changes item drop rates to 100%. If a source can drop an item, it will.
Drop it in:
replacing the original file that you should probably back up.

Leave the school. It's in the town, near a small statue with a... prayer mat or something, on the left side.
You can (hopefully) figure out the rest from there.
No, because it's not a unique stage or anything, it's just a glitch.
The camera is associated with the birthing model, but I'm able to play as the model standing in the rear. That's all.
(I've also only played a couple of hours, so any save I give is far from "complete".)

F8: accelerate pregnancy by 20x (toggle)
F9: simple ui te make char pregnant with monster of your choice use up/down arrows to choose from who the baby is.
also keys and multiplier is configurable after first run the config file will be created as BepinEx/config/nl.belec.godmodepregnancy.cfg
