Here's a full save for the game, you'll start in the recollection room with all scenes unlocked. You can also just talk to the librarian in the recollection room, and she'll unlock all the scenes for you that way. I'll start transferring over the translation from the demo to the main game sometime today, but it'll still probably take about 2 months to finish the edited MTL.

As an update on the edited MTL, about 8% is confirmed complete. It's actually more around 26% done, but I've only just started to take note of what passages have been confirmed to be edited. It still looks like I'll be done with this sometime in October, I'll leave another update here next week.
Edit: I decided to check their Twitter, and from what I understand, they might be thinking about having it be translated, but I'll continue working on it for now.
