After you do that, it'll lead you to the final hate fuck.

I'm not sure which ring fuck scene you're talking about but some scenes with the mechanic has 2 variant (hate fuck + normal), so after you give blowjob to the new guy, make sure to revisit some of the scenes to unlock all the variants.

• 1st date: Option 2
• 2nd date: Option 2
• Final: Option 3

To get the hate fuck with him & reach the WHORE ending: Steal 3+ underwears BEFORE the first fuck -> after the first fuck wait 3 days -> Talk to him at his apartment again and the hate path should begin.
