If someone is having a problem that you can't advance in the border see if Gabbie is showing an undefined scene when you talk with her in her home, if it is then open the file database.js,find the scene"GA41" and remove the 4 saving as "GA1" then it will work again and you will be able to do Gabbie events

Doing only that will cause a bug for those who saved their game into v0.5.0. But, we fixed it all. Version 0.5.0b should not have any of these bugs.

TO SAVE YOUR GAME (on disk)
The SAVE BUTTON is a the bottom of the sidebar, then click on "save to disk...".
This opens a file explorer, you can chose where you'd like to save your save in your computer. By default it opens in the 'DOWNLOADS' folder.

TO LOAD A SAVE
When you open the game, click again on the SAVE BUTTON at the bottom of the sidebar. then click on "load from disk...".
In the file explorer, your save file should be exactly where you saved it or by default it's in the "DOWNLOADS" folder.

I'm just wondering, why do they deliver this game with the source code? If you compiled this game into a binary executable wouldn't it be almost impossible for you to edit this? Or they could go EA mode and force this game to be played in browser and leave all the JS logic on their servers and the client is just making requests there.

You could probably compile an html game into and exe, but that would mean going through documentation and testing nothing breaks in the process. That's not going to happen.

You CAN do that... but it's uh. Unstable to say the least.
It's already massively unstable in HTML form with these feckin devs
Were talking code that actually works and isn't just chat GPT'd, and sometimes the HTML to exe pipeline is so fragile it just says nope.
Worse than trying to run Linux to run exe's through Wine in the 2000's...sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't.
