the second set of links has wrong naming (on hosts itself)
there is actually everything from the beginning, so in first 2 sets of links content is the same, but different sorting

Not sure what's wrong but when I move to a certain point in the videos via the seek bar it lags for a few seconds, then attempts to catch up via cutting the sound and fast forwarding.
Could be the video player you're using and whatever platform you're using it on. It's encoded with AV1 so if you have a weaker CPU or GPU from before ~2020 it may have troubles.
