Its a pretty decent story and as the other game from this dev, the choices works perfectly so you arent forced to fuck anyone you dont want to.

Some story parts really dosent make much sense right away, i mean MCs sister comes home on a visit and first thing she does is swear loyalty to MC since hes apprently now the new ruler of the country untill the queen gets back from where ever... nothing more is explained and MC and hes mother just acts like its a normal thing?
Then MC gets to ask a few questions to hes sister but NOT one of them is about what the fuck is going on or why hes supposed to be the new ruler, that was extremly weird since you know nothing about the queen or how she even knows anything about MC which makes it even more weird that MC dosent even act supprised....

So yeah story does feel quite rushed and lacking with background info and im a little supprise of all the high ratings considering story lacks so much in details, but maybe people just dont care about story and details.

The art is lacking a bit for my taste, most of the "girls" i found pretty ugly and some looked just way to old, like the dwarf you save in the start looks like a granny and shes apprently a virgin to which dident make much sense, i let the orc take her away since i dident really care for her at all.

The art/girls barely has any movements or emotions since its mostly just the same single image of the girl being used in every scene which makes it a bit bland, same goes for other characters like merchant dude is the same one in every town so they cut down on alot of things to rush the game.

Also its a bit to weird in some areas, like if you dont buy contraception drugs you cant cum inside someone, i found that a bit idiotic since no ones saying they would get pregnant from it and also annoying if you want them to get pregnant.

There arent that many H-scenes either so for an avn it feels a big boring.

In some dialogs where it should same MCs name it says the name of the country instend, also same text dialogs gets repeated 3 times when it should only be one, small thinigs sure but it confuses you a little when reading.

Things like the brothel is also a bit of a disapointment, theres just a single girl there so not really much of a brothel and again makes the game feel really rushed and bland.

Game is not animated which always brings down the value and the sex scenes are also on the poor side, alot of the time its just pointless black screens.

You are free to do whatever you want when it comes to relationships which is the most importen thing in my eyes.
Choices does seem to be this Dev strong side, lots of routes and paths to explore which makes it replayable and thats somewhat rare, but it feels like its costing on story details and it does fail once with the orc where you tell her no to making her the new general and dosent follow to the capital and still shows up there and take the role of general, small bug but still a bug.

Cant really give this more then 3 stars since most of it is pretty averge and there is quite a few issues overall.

Excellent game to pass the time, with very good drawings and story that branches into several parts, you can be a total son of a bitch or be a good person and still be rewarded.... the only bad thing is that it has no animations and the images are only static.

Choices..Choices..Choices..

The game has so many branching paths, so many story lines to explore and so many decisions that drastically change the game that I was very impressed.
The character models look good. The kinks and taboos are hot. The scenarios are well thought out.
My only gripe is that each individual path is too short for my taste. It's like the core of the path is 75% the same and the path creates a 25% variance to it. Also the amount of sex scenes per path is rather low but not too low to complain to hell and back.

Overall its a fun game. Maybe be a tad bit rushed so that the paths failed to include a few more different scenes and fetishes but nonetheless still an awesome title.

The Fate of Irnia is weighed down by rushed development, but it's really not a bad game, it just looked a lot better than it is.

One of the best porn games I've tried and without having to have my favorite fetishes, you can replay it at least 6 times and discover new paths and endings, the art of the characters is good it's not outstanding but it's not bad either.
All in all it's worth playing it.

Complete visual novel with a male MC. I expected more from this game – it was boring and felt rushed. It had a lot of different heroines most of them with an evil and a good route, some girls could be combined. Sadly the scenes were short and uninspired and the lacking focus meant, that no girl had more than a short route. The main size of the game comes from needing to replay it over and over, each time with a different girl. If you just play through the game with one route, it’s pretty short. And while it’s interesting to see how each girl slightly changes the plot, none of the sex scenes were really memorable.
The mind control element was executed in the most boring way possible – you just wave your blue/red ball of mind control in their face and it immediately changes them with no real resistance or gradual change.
As for bdsm there’s only some light domination, and one or two scenes per girl with you putting collars and leashes on them. Nothing interesting or engaging. Art also wasn’t that great either.
Rating – meh – I have no strong feelings one way or another.

The Fate of Irnia is not excessively porny and fetishized like most games here, so bonus points for that. The writing is good, characters and especially romances (Orc girl ) are very enjoyable.

But let's be real it feels like a demo... or extremely unfinished and rushed game. It ends so abruptly that it can leave you baffled. The art is not good and overall this game doesn't feel like something that took 6 years to make.

It could have been so much more and better. Definitely something that deserves a bigger scale remake.

Though the game has a linear story, you will get slightly different endings based on your decisions.

There is a decent number of variations that makes you want to play it again, to see them all.

The h-scenes are still, but still very good. The art style is quite unique.

Out of all the Winterlook titles, this one feels more average. It's got a lot of characters, scenes, and the artwork is nice but it feels like it's missing something. That would be coherent endings and much needed polishing, but in Winterlook fashion it went from an WIP early version to completed.

Not hating on the author, it seems he has a habit of doing that for some of his earlier titles. He's still getting better nonetheless.

A solid game yet the biggest flaw of it is that it feels rushed and it indeed is very short,things dont really tie in togheter well nor are many things expalined,many endings feel unsatisfactory,there arent many choices or anything you can do to influence things other than which woman you pick.

Overall the women are interesting in character and scenes but we dont get to see much of them or anything special really.

Music is not a thing,not really.

I enjoyed playing it but it leaves you wondering if this is a demo,its that short.

Usually, western VNs do not have romance on an emotional level. It usually goes something like "Hey MC, you have big dicc. I'm swoon. Now I'll forget about my past 69 boyfriends and spend the rest of my life with you." or peeping on your family's bath and other creepy behaviour.

This however, is a rare gem where romance is correctly done. Though it has incest, the romance here is quite nicely done. I have only done the Beatrice (Sister), The Elf queen, the black drow and the succubus route. But I was very impressed with the writing and the story. The characters are indeed exceptional. Of course it has segs but the romance interactions are simply not about ass and boobs. That's what I like most about this game. Plot consistency is another thing. There are some minor issues but aside from that, the story choices are pretty consistent with the writing.

I personally like that art, though I can't say that dark lips are my thing. Aside from that, it was good.

Since I can't give 4.5, I'll just give a 5 cause it's that good.

This could have been a 3 or 4 Star game, but sadly the "completed" tag is a bad joke.
The game is full of bugs, missing images and describing the ending as rushed would be the understatement of the year. So as much as I would like to give a better rating, I really can't.

i been following this game since the beginning. it had great potential, but you can feel the developers rushed at the ending to finish the project. i hoped for city management, adventures, etc. also i don't understand why only few scenes got voice.

Good potential, but for being "completed" it misses the mark. Unpolished with lots of grammar and spelling mistakes, logic leaps that make no sense, and in some parts is broken (like when the queen asks to marry). Not worth playing in its current state. Would have rated 3 star if it was still in development

A fun fantasy adventure with a unique art style and multiple, very different, playstyles. On the whole a good game, the one downside is the writing at times can take weird leaps in time and story. Makes sense to keep the game from stretching out with fluff, but worth mentioning if you wonder how 7 months is fit into the last 10 minutes of the game.

The game has a surprising amount of branches for a small game with many different pairings. Sometimes it would be nice to have a bit of a guide in game like Milky Touch.
Being able to sleep with Death is absolutely pleasantly surprising.
There was even some very nice voice acting albeit not such in quantity.
I would always like the Gallery to have the story included but I understand it might be a tech limitation.
The sex scenes are sexy and replicability with skipping is fairly easy.

A must play 2d weg for sure. You are a guy who becomes regent while elf queen is going about doing something I dont know didnt pay attention. You play with your red balls that let you turn women into sex slaves basically. Revolutionary storytelling

There are many paths, you can bang your mom, your sister your aunt, you can even bang your slave midget if you so wish. Very enjoyable experience all in all.

Problems? There are many paths to choose, romance mindbreak neutral but all I really care about is the evil corruption stuff, and if you choose said corruption paths you miss out on basically 3rd of all content. Each playthrough is nearly identical in story but the amount of sexy scenes you experience is not all that high. You have sex like 6 times each playthrough and then you get to the ending that is the exact same every time. The story is short and the ending comes rather abruptly. There is a big fight and then you get ending slides that say "yeah you had sex all day long after that". Kind of unsatisfying.

Still worth playing for Miriam MB path at least

Finally got around to playing the final version. And all I can say is, I feel like the only reason this game is getting such high reviews is because it's one of the few Adult Visual Novels that actually got completed.

The story is you're a poor boy living with his mommy, and suddenly you're asked to save the kingdom because your dead daddy was important. Cuz that makes sense. And your sister likes you. Oh, yeah, and you have a magic rock that's seems like it's supposed to be important, but it really isn't.
The story is... functional. It is not worth praise. It's full of loose ends, options that don't make any sense, plot holes, and soft magic (cheat magic).

As far as the actual gameplay goes... it's a visual novel. Nothing unusal to expect here? You pick choices, and deal with the consequences, some good, some bad.

Pros:
Your Choices (Mostly) Matter
The choices are largely geared towards one of two things:
1)Whether or not you get a good ending, and 2)who you end up with.
Otherwise, the story is going to mostly follow the same linear plot each time.

But despite the linear plot, you can get a ton of different epilogues. So, there is actually a lot of replay value if you want to find all the different endings.

Lots of Waifus to choose from
Yeah, there's a bunch of girls you can pick from.
A barmaid. Your mom. Your sister. Your aunt. A half-orc warrior. A dwarf. A dark elf. An elf queen. A succubus. The kingdom's general. If there are others, I can't remember right now.

It's a "Finished" Game
There are still a few bugs and typos here and there, the artwork could get updated, or animations could get added, but otherwise the game is done. There is a beginning, middle, and ending! It didn't get abandoned. Hooray!

While not necessarily mandatory, animation does go a long way to holding interest.

Implied Sandbox? Never Implemented
Whether you love or hate sandbox games, that is beside the point. I feel there was a direction someone wanted this game to go, and they went partway into it, dropped the whole idea, and then never cleaned up the mess.
Irnia has various maps only ever seen once, maybe twice, and they really don't matter. Seeing a continental or city map, to me, implies open world options. Never happens. Why did you show me this map of the city when my only locations are to go to the brothel or continue with the story?
The brothel is literally the only sandbox-like option in the entire game, and you can only visit it when the game asks you.

Small Harem
The biggest harem you can get is the incest harem. You can't collect them all.

Each Scene is 1-2 Images
Each scene is mostly going to be two pictures: the act of sex, and the finish. Everything relies on the text and your imagination.
So, while there are quite a few scenes in the entire game, but the story is short, only a few are dedicated to each girl.
This is not so good if you're like me and the succubus is your favorite. She comes so late in the game, you'll be disappointed for the fact she has about only 4 scenes in total between the romance and Master/Slave routes, not including the bad ending one.

Feels Like More Could Be Done
I get burnout. A developer doesn't want to work on one game for forever. They got other things they want to try. But I feel like this game had a huge opportunity for more across a greater period of time, in game.
But, I suppose, to ensure the game was finished, and I suppose for the purposes of avoiding a sandbox mode entirely (which I'm cool with), a lot of things got simplified.

Honorable Mention
This is completely unrelated to VNs, quality of life, fapping, gaming, or anything important, just something I found hilarious:
Trickle-down economics works in this world's game. It's fitting that it would work in a fantasy game.
You get one option to increase or lower taxes. If you raise them, your kingdom is rich but your people starve and become homeless. If you lower the taxes, the businesses prosper and so everyone prospers. That's not how it works irl. But thanks for the giggle.

Hope this review is helpful. The game is worth playing a few times, but it's not worth five stars or keeping on your hard drive for later.

The story is good. The art style is good despite just being 2D. Though the voice acting is minimal it was steal very immersive. Hands down would recommend. And also i rarely give reviews.

Pros:

The game itself has many scenes and 2 routes for each character. A love route and a F dom/sub route. (There are only 2 F dom routes and one of them can instead be a non dom love route or a F sub route.)

Lots of scenes very few repeated scenes, however, there are some.

The story was a hit and a miss for me. I focused mainly on the interactions between the characters which I enjoyed.

Cons:

Bugs making 2 of the routes unplayable for me. One of the routes just becomes another randomly with a character I wasn't romancing (as if I had been romancing them)

1 uncompleted route. - Nice that they left the scene in though as the art for it was good.

Summary:

I've given this game a 5/5 because I really enjoyed it and have played through all the currently playable routes, which I don't usually do.
